CreTech Global Solutions Inc. is a Canadian-registered company operating globally, with delivery and operational teams based in Pakistan. Business number: 711711366TZ0001. We do not sell physical goods; our offerings are digital services and software access. Our healthcare-sector products are administrative and operational software only. We do not supply medical devices, instruments, disposables, or any other physical medical equipment.
Services
- SaaS products: subscription access to software and related onboarding/support.
- IT services: web development, custom software development, automation solutions, and consulting delivered as project-based or retainer engagements.
- Online tutoring: virtual classes and sessions delivered remotely.
Payments
We use secure third party payment processors for all transactions. Charges may include one-time service fees, subscription fees, or recurring retainers, depending on the engagement.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If your service includes recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to amounts paid for the applicable service in the period specified in the governing agreement (or the last 30 days if no written agreement exists).
