Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital services provided by CreTech Global Solutions Inc., including SaaS subscriptions, IT services, and online tutoring. We do not sell physical goods. Our healthcare-sector products are administrative and operational software only. We do not supply medical devices, instruments, disposables, or any other physical medical equipment.

Payment processors

We use secure third party payment processors for all transactions. Refunds (when approved) are issued back to the original payment method where possible, in accordance with the processor’s rules.

SaaS subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You may request cancellation of a subscription. Access typically remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or when a duplicate/erroneous charge occurs.
  • Service issues: If you experience a material service outage attributable to us, we may provide a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion after review.

IT services (project/retainer)

  • Deposits & kickoff: If work has not started and you cancel before kickoff, refundable amounts (if any) will be specified in your proposal/statement of work.
  • Work performed: Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If a dispute arises, we will review deliverables and milestones in good faith.
  • Change of scope: Refunds are not provided for approved changes or scope adjustments already executed.

Online tutoring

  • Missed sessions: If you miss a session without notice, the session fee is typically non-refundable. We may reschedule at our discretion depending on tutor availability.
  • Provider cancellation: If we cancel a scheduled session, you may choose a reschedule or a refund for that session.
  • Packages: For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be refundable only if stated in writing at purchase time.

How to request a refund

Email info@cretechsol.com with your name, service type, invoice/receipt details, and the reason for the request. We may request additional information to verify the transaction.
